Mythborn are a product of the unknowing channelling of ether by the populace of Akrylonor. In a similar vein to Revenants, the feared myth or legend is channelled ether by worship or belief in it. Unlike Revenants, Mythborn are typically not alive to begin with, and become animated, but lack any direction, often becoming dangerous.
The more common Mythborn are commonly composed of rocks, or trees, or other natural markers associated with evil omens and legends. The far more dangerous Mythborn are superstitious legends that have become solid beings of ether. While the mundane Mythborn can be handled with some preparation, ethereal Mythborn can often channel a wide range of powers, and be prone to resisting most conventional forms of attack.
